How to Contribute to The Learning Curve

“The tax which will be paid for [the] purpose [of education] is not more than the thousandth part
of what will be paid . . . if we leave the people in ignorance."
THOMAS JEFFERSON

A Letter from the Executive Director:

Perhaps you recognize, as I do, the importance of helping deserving students improve their academic performances. Founded in 1988, Gray & Associates, Inc. is a multi-service provider committed to promoting economic and community development statewide Mississippi.

The Learning Curve, a division of Gray & Associates, Inc., has earned a distinctive reputation for making a positive difference in the lives of Mississippi’s young people. We are registered with the Mississippi Department of Education as a supplemental service provider under the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001. We are also proud to be designated as a 21st Century Learning Center.

The Learning Curve has a number of programs designed to improve the academic performance of young men and women who often come from challenging circumstances. Our full-time staff has over forty years of combined classroom experience. Through our services, students are prepared to excel academically and to become socially responsible leaders in their chosen career paths. Our services include:

Private tutoring
ACT Prep
Job training
Homework assistance
Assessment testing

In 2011, with the help of generous donations, we plan to expand into these areas:

Arts, fitness, and financial education for high school students
Parenting Center practical life-skills for adults
Community educational and cultural enrichment programs

This is why I am writing to you today . . .
