Tutorial Assistance

The Learning Curve offers a variety of tutorial services. We use hands-on and individualized instruction that allows the expert Learning Curve staff to reinforce the educational needs of each student, based on what is taught in the classroom. We concentrate on helping teachers to identify and strengthen student weaknesses on critical local and state curriculum-based assessments.

Reports are provided to parents at regular intervals regarding student progress. Parents are encouraged to be actively involved in their children’s education.

The Learning Curve focuses on supporting students, parents, teachers, and schools in their efforts to assure that students perform well on state assessments and successfully move to the next level.

Instructors will observe student performance through classwork and teacher tests.

Tutorial Assistance: We assist students with homework assignments and provide reinforcement of daily classroom lessons.

Supplemental Services: We work with students to improve MCT test scores at schools designated as low-performing.

ACT Prep: We prepare students for high achievement on the college entrance examination.

MCT2 and SATP: We prepare students for subject area testing.
